LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) has released an official notification for its 2025 Apprenticeship Program. This initiative invites fresh graduates from all streams to gain invaluable on-the-job training in the BFSI sector. A total of 192 apprentice vacancies are available across various cities in India.

Important Note: This is an apprenticeship training program, NOT a direct employment opportunity. Successful apprentices will receive a proficiency certificate to enhance their future job prospects.

Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, ensure you meet the following criteria:

• Age Limit (as on 01-09-2025): Must be between 20 to 25 years.
• Educational Qualification: Must have completed a Graduation in any stream from a UGC/AICTE recognized university.
  • The degree should have been completed on or before September 01, 2025, but not before September 01, 2021.
• Experience: The candidate must NOT have been previously engaged in any apprenticeship program with another organization.

Selection Process

The selection process for the LIC HFL Apprenticeship is multi-staged:

1. NATS Portal Registration: Mandatory registration on the Government’s NATS portal.
2. Online Application: Apply for the LIC HFL opportunity on the NATS portal.
3. Entrance Examination: An online, remote-proctored test conducted by BFSI SSC.
4. Document Verification & Interview: For shortlisted candidates at LIC HFL offices.

Entrance Exam Details

• Mode: Online Remote Proctored (to be taken from home)
• Duration: 60 Minutes
• Type: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Syllabus: Basic Banking, Investment, Insurance, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Digital Literacy, Computer Knowledge, and English.

  • General & OBC: ₹944/-
  • SC, ST & Female Candidates: ₹708/-
  • PWBD Candidates: ₹472/-

Important Dates

How to Apply for LIC HFL Apprenticeship 2025?

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Register on NATS Portal: Go to https://nats.education.gov.in and complete your student registration. Note down your Enrolment ID.
2. Apply for LIC HFL: After logging into the NATS portal, find and apply for the “LICHFL” apprenticeship advertisement.
3. Check Email: Eligible candidates will receive an email from info@bfsissc.com with a payment link and instructions to select preferred district(s).
4. Pay Fee: Pay the applicable examination fee as per your category.
5. Appear for Exam: Take the online entrance exam on the scheduled date.
