🎯 Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (as on 05.12.2025)
- Maximum Age: 28 Years (Candidate must not be born before 05.12.1997)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 Years
- OBC (NCL): +3 Years
- PwBD: +10 Years (General), +15 Years (SC/ST), +13 Years (OBC-NCL)
- Departmental Candidates: Up to 45 years
2. Educational Qualification (as on 05.12.2025)
- Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters) in the relevant discipline.
- Relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental Candidates: 55% marks.

3. Medical Standards
- Sound physique, free from any physical defect.
- Minimum Requirements: Height 155 cm, Weight 45 kg. (Relaxation for female candidates).
- Vision: Myopia/Hypermetropia not exceeding ±4.00 in each eye; no squint or colour blindness.
- PwBD Eligibility: Only for Orthopedically Disabled (OA/OL/OAL) with ≥40% disability and Dwarfism (DW).

🔍 Selection Process
The selection will be a multi-stage process:
- Computer Based Test (CBT):
- Part 1: Domain Knowledge (100 marks, 40 minutes)
- Part 2: Aptitude Test (100 marks, 80 minutes) covering Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English Language, and General Awareness.
- Candidates must secure the minimum percentile in both parts to qualify.
- Group Discussion & Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates (in a 1:3 ratio, category-wise) will be called for GD and Interview.
- Final merit will be based on a 75:10:15 weightage for CBT, GD, and Interview, respectively.
💼 Compensation & Benefits
- During Training: Basic Pay of ₹50,000/- per month in the pay scale of ₹50,000-1,60,000/-
- On Confirmation: Designated as Assistant Manager (E1) in the pay scale of ₹60,000-1,80,000/-.

📍 Placement & Probation

- Training: 1 year (registered as an Apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961).
- Probation: 1 year after successful training.
- Transfer to another location will not be permitted for the first 4 years.
