📝 OICL AO recruitment 2025 Qualification Selection Procedure
The selection process will consist of three phases:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination (Online)
- Objective Type, 100 marks, 1 hour.
- Sections: English Language (30), Reasoning Ability (35), Quantitative Aptitude (35).
- Candidates must qualify in each section. There is a penalty for wrong answers.
Phase-II: Main Examination (Online)
- A. Objective Test (200 marks, 2.5 hours): Reasoning, English, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and a Technical & Professional Knowledge test.
- B. Descriptive Test (30 marks, 30 mins): English Language (Letter Writing & Essay).
- Candidates must qualify in each section of the objective test and the descriptive test.
Phase-III: Interview
- Candidates shortlisted from Phase-II will be called for an Interview.
- The final merit will be based on a 80:20 ratio (Main Exam Objective Test:Interview).
