1. Nationality

• Citizen of India, OR
• A subject of Nepal, OR
• A Person of Indian Origin (PIO) from specific countries with an Eligibility Certificate from the Government of India.

2. Age Limit

• 20 and 27 years as on 01 July 2026.
• 02 July 1999 and 01 July 2006 (both dates inclusive) are eligible.
