Eligibility Criteria

A. Age Limit (as on September 21, 2025):

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years
• Officer Scale-I (AM): 18 to 30 years
• Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 to 32 years
• Officer Scale-III (SM): 21 to 40 years

Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

B. Educational Qualification (as on September 21, 2025):

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Officer Scale-I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference to degrees in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, etc.
• Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + 2 years experience.
• Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Degree in relevant field (IT, Law, CA, MBA, etc.) + Post Qualification experience.
• Officer Scale-III: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks + 5 years experience as an officer.

Proficiency in the local language of the RRB state is required.

• Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Exam → Main Exam → Interview → Provisional Allotment

Exam Pattern (Preliminary)

Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I:

• Reasoning: 40 Qs, 40 Marks, 20 Minutes
• Numerical Ability/Quantitative Aptitude: 40 Qs, 40 Marks, 20 Minutes
• Total: 80 Qs, 80 Marks, 45 Minutes

(There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer)

1. Visit the official IBPS website: www.ibps.in.
2. Click on the link for “CRP for RRBs” and then on “Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs XIV)”.
3. Click on “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” for the desired post.
4. Register using your basic details to generate a provisional registration number and password.
5. Carefully fill out the online application form.
6. Upload scanned copies of your:
   • Photograph
   • Signature
   • Left Thumb Impression
   • Handwritten Declaration
   • 10th Standard Certificate (for DOB proof)
7. Pay the application fee online using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Mobile Wallets.
