A. Hindustan Copper Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualification & Experience
The essential qualification and post-qualification experience (as of November 1, 2025) vary by discipline. The general pattern is:
- For most Technical Disciplines (Mining, Electrical, etc.):
- Option 1:ย Diploma in the relevant field withย 5 yearsย of experience.
- Option 2:ย Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field withย 2 yearsย of experience.
- For Finance, HR, Admin, Law:
- Option 1:ย Graduate withย 5 yearsย of experience.
- Option 2:ย Relevant PG Degree/Diploma/MBA/LLB withย 2 yearsย of experience.

The selection will be based on a Two-Stage Process:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):ย Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the online written test.
