🎓 Central Bank of India Faculty Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (as on 10-12-2025):
- Minimum: 22 years
- Maximum: 40 years
2. Essential Educational Qualification:
- Must be a Graduate (in any discipline – Science/Commerce/Arts) or a Post-Graduate.
3. Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Preference will be given to candidates with:
- MSW / MA in Rural Development / MA in Sociology / Psychology
- B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri), B.Sc. (Agri Marketing) / B.A. with B.Ed.
- Essential Skills:
- Flair for teaching and sound computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language.
- Skills in typing in the local language.
- Desirable Skills:
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Typing skills in Hindi/English.
- Previous experience as a Faculty.
- Ability to read and write the local language.
4. Other Essential Criteria:
- Should be well-conversant with the local language.
- Should be a resident of the same or a nearby district / residing at the headquarters of the RSETI Centre.
💼Central Bank of India Faculty Recruitment 2025 Job Profile
The selected Faculty will be required to assist the Director in:
- Conducting Training and Awareness Programmes.
- Generation of Applications & Selection of Candidates.
- Preparation of the Annual Action Plan.
- Managing logistics for Training Programmes.
- Handling training sessions and preparing notes.
- Other related activities of the center.
💰 Contract Details & Remuneration
- Contract Period: The initial appointment will be for a period of one year. Extension is subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the Society/Trust/Bank.
- Monthly Remuneration: A fixed amount of ₹30,000/- per month.
- Leave: As per the latest HR policy of the Society/Trust (dated 27.06.2024).
No person employed elsewhere will be allowed to work in this position after selection.
