🎯 Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.10.2025)
1. Nationality
Must be a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee (who came to India before 01.01.1962), or a Person of Indian Origin with a certificate of eligibility.
2. Age Limit & Relaxation
- General/EWS:ย As specified per post in the vacancy table (Max 28 to 45 years depending on the post).
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 Years
- PwBD: +10 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: +5 Years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: +5 Years
3. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Essential:ย A full-time Degree in the relevant engineering, finance, law, or other disciplines as specified for each post. The minimum percentage required is typicallyย 60%ย (or an equivalent CGPA).
- Relaxation:ย 55%ย for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates applying for reserved vacancies.

Besides basic pay, officers are entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, Perquisites under Cafeteria System, Medical Benefits, PF, Gratuity, and other allowances. The Cost to Company (CTC) will be attractive and commensurate with industry standards.
🔍 Selection Process
The selection methodology will be based on the number of applications received.
- Scenario A: Online Examination & Interview
- Online Exam (80% weightage):
- Professional Knowledge (100 marks)
- English Language (25 marks)ย – Qualifying in nature.
- Personal Interview (20% weightage):ย For candidates shortlisted based on their online exam score.
- Final merit will be prepared based on the combined score (80% Exam + 20% Interview).
- Online Exam (80% weightage):
- Scenario B: Interview Only
- If the number of eligible candidates is manageable, the Bank may select candidates basedย only on a Personal Interview (100% weightage).
Penalty for Wrong Answers: There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in the Online Examination.
