Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria (as on March 1, 2026)
1. AVP II – Group Head
- Vacancies: 4
- Age Limit: 31 to 45 years
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. A 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management is desirable. NISM/IRDA certifications are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing sales in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/Investments. Must have managed a large team of Relationship Managers & Team Leads at a regional level for at least 5 years.
2. AVP II – Territory Head
- Vacancies: 17
- Age Limit: 27 to 40 years
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Desirable qualifications include a 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management and regulatory certifications like NISM/IRDA.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Relationship Management in Wealth Management, with at least 2 years as a Team Lead.
3. Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager

- Age Limit: 24 to 35 years
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with Public/Private/Foreign Banks, Broking Firms, Security Firms, or Asset Management Companies.
4. Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance)
- Vacancies: 13
- Age Limit: 24 to 45 years
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager/Investment Counsellor in Wealth Management. Must have excellent knowledge of Investment Products, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
