🎯 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification (as on 31/08/2025):

• Graduate in any discipline from a government-recognized University/Institution.

• AND one of the following:

  • MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance)

  • CA

  • CFA

  • ICWA

2. Work Experience (as on 31/08/2025):

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Credit/High Value Credit.

• Must be in a Supervisory/Management role in one of the following:

  • Scheduled Commercial Bank

  • Associate/Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank

  • Public Sector or Listed Financial Institution/Company.

• Experience must be in the appraisal/assessment of credit proposals for medium/large corporates.

💼 Job Profile & Key Responsibilities

The Manager (Credit Analyst) will be responsible for a critical role in the credit appraisal process. Key responsibilities include:

• Credit Appraisal: Analysis of balance sheets, financial statements, and credit risk assessment (CRA) for new and existing proposals.

• Due Diligence: Conducting pre-sanction visits, ROC searches, and verifying legal/valuation reports.

• Documentation: Preparing arrangement letters and ensuring compliance with all sanction terms.

• Portfolio Management: Monitoring accounts, analyzing financial results, and ensuring timely reviews/renewals.

• Risk Management: Securing satisfactory ratings in credit audits and maintaining portfolio quality.

• Support: Assisting Relationship Managers in client presentations, achieving business growth targets, and handling credit-related correspondence.

📈 Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

1. Shortlisting: The bank will shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience. Merely meeting the criteria does not guarantee a call for an interview.

2. Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be decided by the bank.

3. Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared based on interview scores. In case of a tie, older candidates will be ranked higher.

• Grade: Middle Management Grade Scale-III (MMGS III)

• Pay Scale: ₹(85920-2680/5-99320-2980/2-105280)

• Probation: 6 Months
