This initiative aims to strengthen the cooperative economic model at the grassroots level across Bihar. A total of 24 internship opportunities are available for fresh MBA graduates.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Essential Educational Qualification
- Degree: Must possess an MBA or equivalent degree in any of the following specializations:
- Marketing Management
- Cooperative Management
- Agri Business Management
- Rural Development Management
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
2. Age Limit (as on 01-08-2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- Age relaxation will be as per government rules.
3. Location of Internship
The 24 interns will be placed at the following locations:
- The Bihar State Co-Operative Bank Ltd., Patna – 1 Post
- 23 District Central Co-Operative Banks (DCCBs) – 1 Post each (Pataliputra, Magadh, Ara, Sasaram-Bhabhua, Aurangabad, Bettiah, Muzaffarpur, Motihari, Sitamarhi, Supaul, Rohika, Gopalganj, Siwan, Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Nalanda, Nawada, Khagaria, Munger-Jamui, Purnia, Katihar, Samastipur, Vaishali)
Selection Process
The selection of interns will be based on:
- Group Discussion (GD) and/or
- Personal Interview (PI)

Internship Details & Remuneration
- Period: The internship is for a fixed duration of One Year.
- Stipend: A consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹25,000/- will be provided.
- Note: This is a contractual engagement for freshers only. Interns are not eligible for any other pay, allowances, or re-engagement after the contract period.
Key Responsibilities & Role
The selected Co-Operative Interns will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) to implement initiatives by the Ministry of Cooperation, GoI.
- Resolving day-to-day operational issues faced by PACS, including computerization, business plan preparation, and financing.
- Preparing and submitting weekly progress reports on various cooperative initiatives to the concerned bank (DCCB/BSCB).
