✅ Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit
- Must be above 45 years and less than 65 years of age as of the application date.
- The candidate must be in good health.
2. Educational Qualification
- Essential: Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Computer Skills: Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and typing in the local language.
3. Experience
Essential (Any one of the following):
- Retired Bank Officers: Retired/VRS officials of Scale I & above from any Nationalized Bank, State Bank of India (SBI), or Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) are preferred.
OR - Ex-Servicemen/Others: Ex-servicemen or other professionals (e.g., Government School Teachers) with banking knowledge, experience in financial services, and relevant IIBF certification courses.
- Must have an unblemished service record and a service certificate from the previous employer.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an officer/permanent employee.
- Should be a resident of the same state, preferably the same or a nearby district.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.
💰 Contract Details & remuneration
- Contract Period: 01 year, extendable based on performance and bank’s discretion.
- Salary:
- For Retired Pensioners: Equivalent to last drawn pay & allowances minus pension, or ₹25,000/- per month, whichever is lower.
- For Non-Pensioners: Fixed ₹25,000/- per month.
- Additional Allowance: A lump sum amount of ₹1,000/- per month for mobile and conveyance.
- Leave: 15 days of leave per year (max. 2 days per month).
