The company invites online applications from dynamic and eligible ITI pass candidates for the position of Operator on a Tenure Basis across various trades.

Candidates can apply for one of the following trades. The vacancies are distributed as follows:

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification (as on 05-09-2025)

• Must have passed ITI in the relevant trade (Fitter, Turner, Welder, Machinist, or Electrician) with First Class (60% marks).
• Must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) and a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT as a regular candidate.
• Relaxation: Minimum marks are relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

2. Age Limit (as on 05-09-2025)

• General/EWS: 29 Years
• OBC (NCL): 32 Years
• SC/ST: 34 Years
• PwD: Additional 10 years relaxation over the category-based relaxation.

Application Fee

• GEN / EWS / OBC candidates: ₹200/- (Non-refundable)
• SC/ST/PwD candidates: Exempted from fee payment.

Selection Process

The selection will be based solely on performance in a Computer-Based Written Test.

• Exam Pattern: The 2-hour test will consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with no negative marking.
  • Part-I: General Awareness (20 Questions)
  • Part-II: English & Reasoning (20 Questions)
  • Part-III: Trade/Discipline Knowledge (60 Questions)
• Qualifying Marks: 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
• Final selection will be based on merit in the written test, followed by document verification and a pre-employment medical examination.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will be engaged on a tenure basis for 4 years with a attractive monthly package:

• Basic Pay: ₹16,900/-
• Dearness Allowance (DA): As per applicable rates
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): As per place of posting (if company quarter not provided)
• Perks: 13.78% of Basic Pay
• Medical Expenses: ₹1,500/- per month
• Annual Increment: 3% on Basic Pay
• Other Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, and Bonus as per applicable laws.
• Approximate In-Hand Salary: ₹34,000 – ₹36,000 per month.
