1. Age Limit:

  • Knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. on computer.

3. Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of regular service in the cadre of Private Secretary/Senior PA/PA/Senior Stenographer in Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory bodies.

Bonus Qualification:

  • Candidates with a Degree in Law (LL.B/B.G.L) from a recognized university will be awarded 3 extra marks.

The selection will be a multi-stage process:

  1. Shorthand (English) Test (Qualifying)
    • Dictation at 120 w.p.m. for 7 minutes.
    • Transcription time: 45 minutes.
    • Maximum mistakes allowed: 5%.
    • Marks: 100 | Min. Qualifying Marks: 50
  2. Objective Type Written Test (100 Marks)
    • 100 MCQs on:

      • Computer Operation (10 Qs)

    • Speed: 40 w.p.m.
