✅ Eligibility Criteria
A. Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
- Note: No age relaxation is permissible.
B. Educational Qualification
- For Level-4/5: Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University.
- For Level-2/3: Passed 12th (10+2) OR Matriculation + ITI/NAC.
- For Level-1: Passed 10th OR ITI/NAC.
- Note: No relaxation in educational qualification.
C. Sports Achievement Norms
Candidates must have represented the country/state or achieved specific rankings in recognized national/international tournaments. The norms are extensive and vary for each sport and category. Please refer to the official notification (Para 6, 7, and 9) for the exact and detailed eligibility criteria for your specific sport.
💰 Application Fee
- For UR/OBC/EWS (Male): ₹500/-
- For SC/ST/All Females/Minorities/EBC: ₹250/-
- Refund: The fee (minus bank charges) will be refunded to all eligible candidates who actually appear for the Field Trial.
- Payment Mode: Online via Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.

- Click on the link for “Online/E-Application for Sports Quota /2025-26”.
- Complete the New Registration and note your Registration Number and Password.
- Log in and fill out the application form carefully.
- Upload scanned copies of all required documents:
- Photograph (20-50 KB, JPG)
- Signature & LTI (10-40 KB, JPG)
- Age Proof (10th Certificate)
- Educational Qualification Certificates
- Sports Achievement Certificates
- Caste/Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate for EWS/EBC
- Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
- Affidavit (as per Annexure-V)
- Pay the application fee online.
- Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
🔍 Selection Process
The selection will be based on a 100-mark system:
- Field Trial (40 Marks): Assessment of game skill and physical fitness. Candidates must score a minimum of 25 marks to be declared “FIT”.
- Assessment of Sports Achievements (50 Marks): Based on certificates provided.
- Educational Qualification (10 Marks): Higher qualifications get more marks.
- Medical Examination: Only medically fit candidates will be appointed.
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- Level-4/5: 70 Marks
- Level-2/3: 65 Marks
- Level-1: 60 Marks
