Selection Process
Step:1 Online Written Examination
- Type: Objective Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in Hindi.
- Duration: 2 Hours.
- Total Marks: 100 Marks.

- General Knowledge & Reasoning (40 Marks)
- Mental Ability & Aptitude (30 Marks)
- Science & Basic Mathematics (30 Marks)
- Marking Scheme: No negative marking.
Step:2 Document Verification
- Candidates shortlisted (approx. 7 times the vacancies) from Phase I will be called for this stage.
- Skill Test is Qualifying in nature with minimum 30% marks required.
- For Subedar (Shee Lekhak): Hindi Shorthand (100 wpm) and Transcription/Typing.
- For Sahayak Up Nirikshak: Hindi Typing Test (600 words in 30 minutes).
