✅ Eligibility 2569 RRB Recruitment
1. Nationality
A candidate must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, or
- A person of Indian origin from specified countries who has migrated with the intention of permanent settlement.
2. Age Limit (as on January 1, 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
Age Relaxation is applicable as per government rules for specific categories:

3. Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification on or before the closing date (November 30, 2025). Those awaiting results are not eligible.

The examination fee is as follows. A refund (after deducting bank charges) is provided to candidates who appear for the 1st Stage CBT.

📝 How to Apply Online for 2569 RRB Recruitment
Follow these steps to submit your application successfully:
- Visit the Official RRB Website: Go to any of the 21 RRB official websites (list provided in CEN Para 16.0).
- Create an Account: Click on the link for CEN 05/2025 and ‘Create an Account’ using a valid mobile number and email ID. Details filled here cannot be changed later.
- Log In and Fill Application: Use your credentials to log in and fill out the online application form.
- Choose RRB and Posts: Select only one RRB and indicate your preferences for Railway Zones and posts you are eligible for.
- Upload Documents:
- Live Photograph: A live photo will be captured via webcam/mobile during the application process.
- Scanned Signature: In JPG/JPEG format (30-49 KB, running handwriting on white paper with black ink).
- Pay Fee: Proceed to pay the application fee through the available online modes.
- Final Submission: Review all details and submit the application. Save the confirmation for future reference.
- Modification (if needed): Corrections (except in ‘Create an Account’ details and chosen RRB) can be made from Dec 3-12, 2025, by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 250/- per modification.

The recruitment process will consist of the following stages:
- 1st Stage CBT (Computer Based Test):
- Duration: 90 Minutes (120 for Scribe users)
- Questions: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Syllabus: Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, General Science.
- Negative Marking: Yes, 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- 2nd Stage CBT:
- Duration: 120 Minutes (160 for Scribe users)
- Questions: 150 MCQs
- Syllabus: General Awareness, Physics & Chemistry, Basics of Computers & Environment, and Technical Abilities (as per your chosen Exam Group – Civil, Electrical, etc.).
- Negative Marking: Yes, 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates based on 2nd Stage CBT merit will be called for DV. They must produce all original certificates/documents.
- Medical Examination: Final appointment is subject to passing the requisite medical fitness test as per Indian Railway Medical Manual (IRMM) standards.
